Despite the growing interest in health-promoting schools in many developed and developing countries, whose importance is emphasized by the WHO recommendations, there are no educational facilities in the Sudan that address this important aspect and make it part of its plans, visions and objectives.
We are in the highly developed school that we seek to be the leaders in this part in Sudan; by adopting this approach by providing infrastructure and designing health-enhancing programs.
In addition to the above, our schools have an integrated medical clinic that offers many primary health care services associated with the Fahim program
Health promotion activities in high-developed schools include:
The school environment is ideal in terms of cleanliness, lighting and ventilation
Avoid overcrowding with classrooms and lounges to reduce the chances of disease transmission
Provide cold and pure drinking water using water coolers with filters
Providing healthy food through the control and control of buffet services
Pay attention to sports by providing many appropriate sports games.
Design an integrated health education program in a manner suitable for children
The services of the medical clinic in high-developed schools include the following:
Open an electronic medical record with Fahim program for each student and teacher at the school.
Follow the growth and height of the students since their enrollment and even graduate.
Follow up the attention and hearing of all students from the time of their enrollment until graduation
Follow-up problems of growth, behavior and learning difficulties
Provide first aid for all emergency cases
Follow up chronic diseases such as diabetes and pressure for teachers and workers
